Otherwise, some components may
get moved around and they are a NIGHTMARE to try and put back where they
belong!
Do NOT change the table cell
sizes or otherwise drag them around. Use the content area for your
content. You may safely place banners, graphics, text or any other
elements in the border areas with the graphical background but do not change
the size of the cell.
FrontPage 2000 caveat:

Often, FrontPage components will not all "line up"; usually when
they are in a table (like the navigation bars here). Example: the last
button in a navigation bar will be off center or a space will appear between
elements and there should not be a space. Even if it looks right in
the Editor (FP98) or Page View (FP2000), it will sometimes not look right in
a browser (Geez...isn't this supposed to be WYSIWYG?).
This is NOT due to the template. This is a
known bug (feature?) introduced by FrontPage 2000. Bill, PLEASE pay
more attention to the products than the Department Of Justice!
